We will either replace the plant or refund your purchase price, and we'll pay the return postage. If a problem should arise more than seven days after you receive your order, we want you to bring it to our attention, we'll try our best to make you happy but will have to evaluate these on a case by case basis. In the event that your plant is damaged in shipment- keep all wrappings and contact the carrier.

Privacy, Security & Communications: We do not share, give or sell any information about our customers to any third party, nor is your credit card information ever transmitted by insecure means.

Shipping Arrangements & Charges: We will ship by any method you chose: Fed. Ex; UPS; or U.S. Mail. We generally ship on Mon. or Tues. to fall within the "2-3 day" commitment promised by those carriers, so that plants will not languish somewhere over a weekend. Please try to place orders no later than 5PM on Friday.

Substitution: Many of our selections are limited in quantity so we would appreciate it if you are willing to accept a substitute plant that is similar. In no case would we substitute without notifying you. When you place your order please indicate "no substitutes" or "substitutions O.K."

Payment Methods: checks. Please do not send cash!! We provide a secure server "Order Form" for , or you may mail us a check. For those who prefer to send a check--we will pull your order & hold it for one week to allow your payment to arrive. Remember: Florida residents and persons shipping gifts to a Florida address must include 7% sales tax. WE DO NOT ANY LONGER ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS AS THE COST IS TOO HIGH AND WE HAVE BEEN THE VICTUM OF THEFT BY A CREDIT CARD PROCESSOR. THEY ARE NOT REGULATED YOU KNOW. wE DO NOT WANT TO RAISE OUR PRICES AND WILL NOT!!
